Who is Applied Biomedical Technologies?
Most importantly, Mr. Ruff has applied and studied high humidity (molecular
water) respiratory therapy since 1983. In fact he has written the most complete
and comprehensive explanation of how this technology works and how to apply it
to the human. He is considered among the top three men in this field in the
world. I am often asked: “why don’t you give us more
information”. “Why don’t you tell us how to get the relief we need”. It
would take lots of emails of some length to do this. There is a better
way. We need your help to get the word to doctors around the country and
around the world. The papers we offer to the public and interested health
professionals are very important to us all. They relate not just the
clinical work we have done. The existing medical literature has, for
years, supported our position. Most physicians don’t know it. If patients
understand the cause of their shortness of breath and are able to relate
how their treatment helps them, the doctors become more receptive. We, as
a group, can show our doctors that there are recognized, accepted medical
studies already published that agree with our work. Tell your family,
friends, church members, club members work associates and other social
groups about the website and the papers. Most of my patients have many
friends who also have respiratory conditions. These folks belong to search
groups and organizations for people with obstructive, restrictive lung
problems. In numbers we have strength. Alone, I am weak. It will take me
more time than I have left if I must try to help you by myself. I used to
give my papers away. This was a terrible mistake. Most wouldn’t even read
them. If you have to pay for them, you won’t be so careless about our
work. Learn about your condition. Learn to help yourself as you help us. We will email copies of our papers which answer your questions
and list the sources of the studies we used to support our positions

In 1967 our corporate director was involved in the study and application of
aerospace medicine at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, Brooks
Field, in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Ruff left the Air Force in 1970 and went on to
complete his undergraduate degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. Since that time (1973) he has been involved in various health and
business positions ranging from clinical sciences to research and corporate
management. He has continued his education gaining certificates in such diverse
areas of study as metals technology, ophthalmic technology, obstetric sonography,
accounting and carbohydrate technology.
Since the late sixties, when it was realized that our space research program had actually damaged some of our test subjects, Mr. Ruff has dreamt of providing the technology capable of reversing airway damage and successfully treating obstructive, restrictive lung conditions. Having done research in respiratory technology and pulmonary medicine to this end, it became apparent that a major breakthrough had been made. It was now possible to go even further to describe the actual cause and appropriate treatment for these disorders. An atmosphere capable of preventing the vast majority of these conditions could be contemplated for the fist time!
In 1998, Mr. Ruff started Applied Biomedical Technologies to bring this new technology to the market place. Although several hospitals have seen and use this wonderful advancement, our progress is too slow to help those in immediate need. There are some difficulties in getting these ideas to you. Many in positions of authority are incredulous. That's where we are and, this is where you come in! You can help us to help you!
